Nuclear Blast Records is committed to providing fans with high-quality merchandise and media; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all vinyl, CDs, and apparel are in their original, unopened, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile media like vinyl records are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
